Its private bathrooms with a bidet were particularly good.

Convenient location near the train station, bus terminal, and water bus. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and capable, taking good care of us. 😊

It was in an incredible place. The staff were really accommodating and understanding.

Tbh, it had rather small room and internet connection was weak.

Apartment's people and atmosphere were great. The location was marvellous and best possible, within walking distance of a grand opera house. Safe area with a supermarket and a bakery.

The value for the money was excellent and the room wasvery comfy and tidy. The location was perfect, being close to everything but away from the tourist crowd. The staff, especially Fabrizia, were cute and helpful.

The breakfast option could be improved with some additional reading lights in the sitting area.

This place has a great location and the staff were amazing.

The bed was so comfortable, we got a great night's sleep and having a bidet was a nice touch; the setting was beautiful, and the staff and host were really friendly, treating us like part of the family.

The facility was great, with amazing amenities including a fridge, microwave, espresso machine, knives, cutting board. the coffee machine was a lovely addition. the location was quiet and away from the tourist areas, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Grocery stores were conveniently located nearby, and there was a fantastic pastry shop just a short walk away, perfect for delicious espresso and breakfast.

The wifi was a bit weak, but still usable. Occasionally, at night, there were some loud noises from pedestrians, but it wasn't a significant problem for us.

The location was excellent. the person meeting me to give the keys was very professional and gave a lot of useful advice and provided with all necessary information. My request for a blanket was immediately taken good care of by the agency. the room was cleaned every day! the apartment was well-equipped, including a coffee machine with coffee capsules replenished every day. Overall my experience was extremely positive. the staff was very kind and patient, especially after us getting lost at the meeting point. Laura, the manager, was really good with email correspondences, and Letizzia, the gal who guided us from the bus station to the apartment. We felt right at home and this fully furnished, air-conditioned apartment was a welcome oasis during the hot weather.

The apartment was recently renovated and very comfortable, with heating during the winter. The location was superb, close to the train station and piazzas. It was also surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations for bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. having a convenient kitchen made our stay feel like a home away from home.

There were some issues with noise from neighboring suites and the street outside. The walls were not soundproof, resulting in disturbances from loud neighbors and occasional street noise.

Helpful and welcoming staff, convenient location for laundry and breakfast, comfortable and clean apartment, spacious with daily maid service, excellent amenities, polite and courteous assistance.
